AITech Studio

Guide

How to use AITech Studio

Every feature, step by step - each with an example you can copy and try. New here? Start with the first topic; your account’s “Get started” list follows the same order.

01

Create your account

A free account with Google or any e-mail address, ready in a minute.

Your account is your own private space: your pictures, chats, researches, company data and videos are kept apart from everyone else’s, and the same account works on the website and in the Android app.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open the sign-up page

Choose “Create a free account” on the home page, or go straight to /signup.

  2. 2

    Pick how to sign in

Use “Continue with Google”, or type your name, your e-mail address and a password of at least 6 characters.

  3. 3

    Start right away

There is nothing to wait for: you land in the Control center with a “Get started” list that walks you through the rest of this guide.

  4. 4

    Keep it safe

In My account you can change your password, connect Google to an e-mail account (then either one signs you in) and choose light or dark mode.

Example · Signing up with an e-mail address

Name: Sara Demir E-mail: sara@yourcompany.com Password: at least 6 characters, e.g. a short sentence you remember

What you get: The Control center opens, with the “Get started” steps at the top.

Tips

  • Already signed in on the phone app? Use the same username and password here.
  • Forgot your password? An admin can set a new one for you.

02

The Control center

Every queue and every PC on one page, live.

Everything you ask for - a picture, an answer, a research, a video - becomes a job in a queue. The Control center shows what waits, what runs, what is done and what failed, and updates the moment anything changes.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Read the numbers

At the top: running now, waiting, failed and how many PCs are online.

  2. 2

    Open a queue

Each card (Image queue, Chat questions, Research, Videos, Company data) shows its latest jobs. Click a job or the card’s arrow to open it.

  3. 3

    See the PCs

The PCs list shows the desktop apps doing the work. When no PC is online, jobs simply wait and start by themselves as soon as one is.

  4. 4

    Jump anywhere

Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) and type a page’s name to go there.

Tips

  • A green dot means a PC is working for you right now.
  • Failed jobs can be tried again with one click on their page.

03

Make a picture from words

Describe a picture; the studio paints it.

Product shots, illustrations, backgrounds, social media posts: write what you want to see and get one or more new pictures you can download, change or turn into a video.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open the Image queue

Go to Image queue and press “New picture”.

  2. 2

    Write what it should show

Say what is in the picture, where, the light and the style. More detail gives a closer result.

  3. 3

Choose the shape and how many

Pick a shape (square, wide 16:9, tall 9:16...), a size, and 1 to 8 pictures to choose from.

  4. 4

    Make it

Press “Make the picture”. The job shows its progress step by step; the picture appears in Images when it is done.

Example · Words for the picture

A cosy reading corner by a rainy window, a soft armchair with a knitted blanket, warm lamp light, photorealistic, shallow depth of field

What you get: A new square picture in Images, with the model that made it written under it.

Tips

  • Ask for 3 or 4 pictures at once and keep the best one.
  • Write in the language you like; English often gives the most exact results.

04

Change a picture

Upload a photo and say what to change, or fix a new picture.

Change the background, the light or one detail and keep the rest exactly as it is. Every change is saved as a new version next to the original, so nothing is ever lost.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Add your picture

In Image queue press “New picture” and drop one or more photos in (PNG, JPG or WebP).

  2. 2

    Say what to change

Write the change in the box. Each picture gets its own job.

  3. 3

    Compare the versions

Open the picture in Images: every version is listed, and “Compare” shows the before and after side by side.

  4. 4

    Not quite right?

Under a finished picture, use “Change it”: write what should be different and choose 1 to 4 tries. The rest of the picture stays as it is.

Example · What to change

Make the sky a warm sunset and keep everything else exactly the same

What you get: Version 2 of your photo with the new sky; version 1 stays as it was.

Tips

  • One change at a time gives the cleanest result.
  • Download any version, or the original, from the picture page.

05

Auto commands

Saved instructions that run on every picture you upload.

When the same edit is needed again and again - a white background for every product, a cleaner photo - save it once as an auto command and tick it. Every picture you upload from then on gets it, from the website or the phone.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Auto commands

Your account starts with two examples, “Enhance photo” and “Remove background”. They are not ticked, so nothing runs until you choose.

  2. 2

    Tick or add one

Tick an example, or press “New command”, give it a name and write the instruction.

  3. 3

    Upload pictures

Drop pictures in “New picture” without writing anything: each ticked command becomes one job per picture.

  4. 4

    Order them

Move commands up and down; they run in this order.

Example · Name

White background

Instruction

Replace the background with pure white, keep the product exactly as it is and add a soft natural shadow under it.

What you get: Every product photo you upload comes back on a clean white background.

Tips

  • Untick a command to pause it without deleting it.
  • Jobs already in the queue keep running when you change a command.

06

Ask your own AI

A chat assistant that answers word by word, with your history kept.

Write texts, answer questions, translate, summarise or brainstorm. Chats are saved, so you can come back to them, rename them or delete them, and an answer can come from your own company data.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Chat

Press “New chat” or pick an earlier one on the left.

  2. 2

    Ask

Type your question and press Enter. The answer appears word by word as it is written.

  3. 3

    Ask for more care

Turn on “Think first” for harder questions: the answer takes longer and reasons step by step.

  4. 4

    Use your files

Choose a company data set for the chat, and answers come from your own files and tables.

Example · Question

Write a short, friendly product description for a solid oak dining chair, in three bullet points.

Then ask

Now make it shorter and translate it into Turkish.

What you get: Three bullet points, then a shorter Turkish version in the same chat.

Tips

  • “Instructions” sets how the assistant answers in this chat (tone, language, length).
  • Several questions can wait in line; they are answered in order.

07

Research a topic with sources

A written report from the web, with numbered sources.

Instead of opening twenty tabs, give a topic: the studio searches the web (or the websites you name), reads the pages and writes a report where every claim points to its source.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Start a new research

Open Research and press “New research”.

  2. 2

    Write the topic

A clear question works best. Add keywords, or your own websites to read only those.

  3. 3

    Choose how deep

Deeper reads more pages and takes longer. You can also choose the report’s language.

  4. 4

    Follow and read

A step tracker shows the search, the reading and the writing. The report has tabs for the text, the sources and the activity.

Example · Topic

Which e-commerce platforms are popular in Turkey in 2026, and what does it cost to sell on them?

What you get: A report with a comparison table and numbered links to every page it used.

Tips

  • Check the numbered sources before you rely on a figure.
  • A research can be stopped, tried again or deleted from its page.

08

Search your company data

Ask questions about your own files and tables in plain words.

Put your price lists, staff lists, reports and documents in one place and ask about them like you would ask a colleague. Tables are answered from every row, so totals and averages are exact, and answers can come as a table, a chart, cards or a file.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Create a company data set

Open Company data and press “New company data”. Give it a name.

  2. 2

    Add files

Drop CSV, Excel, PDF, Word, JSON or XML files in. Each one shows “Ready” when it has been read.

  3. 3

    Ask

In Search, write a question in plain words - one per line to ask several at once.

  4. 4

    Get it your way

Ask for “as a table”, “as a chart” or “as cards”, or download the answer as Excel, CSV or PDF.

Example · Question

Which department has the highest average salary? Show it as a chart.

sample-employees.csvA small made-up staff list (30 people, 6 departments) to try it with.

What you get: A bar chart of the average salary per department, with the highest one named first.

Tips

  • A company database (SQL Server) can be added from the desktop app; “Review & teach” then shows what was understood of it and lets you correct it.
  • Use the same data set in Chat to talk about your files.

09

Make a video

Videos from words, from a picture, or a story in scenes.

Turn an idea or a product picture into a short clip, tell a story in several scenes, make a video sharper or remove its background - and watch or download it from your library.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Start a new video

Open Videos and press “New video”.

  2. 2

    Choose the kind

Words to video, picture to video, a story in scenes, make sharper, remove the background...

  3. 3

    Describe it

Write what happens and how the camera moves; choose the length and the shape.

  4. 4

    Watch it

The request shows its progress; the finished video is in the library to play, download or share.

Example · Words for the video

A slow drone shot over a misty pine forest at sunrise, golden light through the trees, calm and cinematic

What you get: A 5-second wide (16:9) clip in your video library.

Tips

  • A picture you made can start a video: open it and choose “Make a video”.
  • Videos take longer than pictures; you can close the page and come back.

10

Use the Android app

The same account and the same queues on your phone.

Upload photos straight from the camera, follow your jobs, read answers and watch videos on the go. Everything you do on the phone appears on the website at once, and the other way round.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Download the app

Open the Download page on your phone (or scan its QR code) and tap “Download for Android”.

  2. 2

    Allow the install

Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow your browser or files app to install apps (“Install unknown apps”).

  3. 3

Open the app and sign in with the same account you use here.

  4. 4

    Lock it if you like

In the app’s settings you can turn on the fingerprint lock - it is optional.

Tips

  • For a new version, download it again from the same page: it installs over the old one and keeps your sign-in.
  • On an iPhone, use this website in Safari - it works on small screens too.

11

Your data and privacy

Your own private space, a secure session and roles that decide what an account can do.

Each account’s pictures, chats, researches, company data and videos are stored apart from everyone else’s. Only an admin can look at another person’s data, by choosing that person on purpose, and a banner says so while they do.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Sessions stay safe

Your session lives in a secure cookie that page scripts can’t read; the password is never kept in the browser.

  2. 2

    Roles and permissions

What an account may do (look, upload, delete, manage) comes from its role, and every page and button checks it.

  3. 3

    Google is checked

Google sign-ins are verified with Google’s own keys on the server; an e-mail address alone never opens an account.

  4. 4

    Sign out everywhere

Changing your password signs out every other device.

12

For admins

Accounts, roles, API keys, app versions and the server, in the admin console.

Admins sign in with “Admin sign-in” and manage who can do what, connect other programs with API keys and publish new versions of the Android app.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Users

Create accounts, set their roles, reset passwords, and look at a person’s data with “View their data”.

  2. 2

    Roles & permissions

Make your own roles from the list of permissions, e.g. an editor who may upload but not delete.

  3. 3

    API keys

Give another program or website a key; it signs in with it and gets only the roles you chose.

  4. 4

    Phone app

Upload a new Android version: it is stored in the database and offered on the Download page at once.
